Form & Logic is an offline puzzle game published by Code Maker Inc. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking.

Data we collect

None. We do not collect personal information, usage data, or identifiers, and we do not operate a server for this app.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following only on your device, using the operating system’s local preferences:

Puzzle progress: solved levels, stars, finished lessons, and which rules cards you have seen.
Settings: haptics and sound.
Whether the one-time unlock has been granted on this device.

This information is used only to remember your progress, preferences, and purchase on this device. It is never sent to us.

Purchases

The unlock is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment. We never receive your name, Apple ID, or payment details. Apple’s handling of that information is covered by Apple’s privacy policy, not this one.

Sharing

We do not share data with third parties. There are no advertising or analytics providers in the app.

Retention and deletion

Local data stays on the device until you remove it. In Settings, Reset progress clears solved levels, stars, finished lessons, and seen rules cards. It does not remove the unlock: that purchase belongs to your Apple ID, and Restore purchases brings it back. Deleting the app removes the local data.

Because we never receive your data, there is no account to close and no remote copy to erase. Reset progress and deleting the app are the complete deletion path. Refunds are handled by Apple.
